Anyone is having problems with preventive maintenance?

 Hi,
I want to generate WO based on preventive maintenance schedules but only when the meter readings exceeds the interval, not before and by usage.

Oracle establiches that the meter must be defined with usage rate of 1 and number of past readings above 999999 in order to generate WO only when the meter readings exceeds the interval but right now it is not working as it should be.

Is anyone having this problem?
