ANNOUNCEMENT: Oracle Communications Policy Controller (OCPC) 6.1 Released

Oracle Communications Global Business Unit (CGBU) is announcing the release of Oracle Communications Policy Controller (OCPC) 6.1.

The policy management marketplace is projected by many analysts to exceed $1B dollars in the next two to three years. This growth is being driven by the explosion of data traffic fueled by the proliferation of smart phones, mobile applications and the deployment of LTE. Currently, the policy management marketplace is fragmented with no single vendor capturing more than a 10% market share. The introduction of OCPC 6.1 places Oracle in an ideal position to aggressively capture market share with market leading product features and functionality.
