Process to PO after AME PO Approval Setups

 Hi, I have done sucessfully AME setups and they are working very well too. Now i am not geting the basic functionality of e-sign and how a authrity gives the Approval so that notification can goes to the another authority. Me also wanted to y the status eventually become to Pre Approval ??
