Patch 13939904:R12.RG.B in Oracle 12i(12.1.3) Version. We Download the Smae patch from the Metalink for r12.rg.b

Again we try to apply the patch in the r12 system but got below error

Cannot open patch file:
/devap/patch/Oracle1213/13939904/rg/lib/rgrsap.o
