Exporting Set-Up Data into Excel

When viewing a report in Oracle or even a table of data (my actual request is in the Inventory module - I am viewing the Manufacturers we have set up in Items : Manufacturer's Part Numbers). I want to be able to view all the Manufacturers that we have set up here (and their Description) in Excel. I cannot find a way to pull this table set up in Discoverer or OBIEE (at this point, I just want to see what is available, not what is actually associated to an Item or Asset).
