XML Bursting Creates PDF files with no pages
I have an issue with XML Bursting and cannot find any troubleshooting steps that cover it. My base Concurrent Request creates RTF output and the XML Publisher Report Bursting Program generates emails with PDF attachments--one per expected output. The delivered attachments, however, are empty files.
The only error logged in the Bursting Program is "oracle.apps.xdo.template.rtf.InvalidFormatException: Invalid RTF file"
The RTF file validates just fine with my BI Pulisher plugin in Word. I have also created a new RTF Template with only static text and I have changed the XML Bursting Template to generate RTF output instead of PDF as stab-in-the-dark attempts to fix. The result seems to always be the same, with an error in the log and an empty attachment. I have also looked into the ZIP file created by the Bursting Program. The files there are empty as well, so our Exchange server is not eating the files.
