Material Picking Feedback Error - Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'PS_IN_DP_DMD_TAO4' with

Hello Community,

We have an error on our system where Material Picking Feedback process ends in "No Success" status. We have records in "Shipped" status that need to be depleted. The user enters Material Picking Feedback page and enters data and saves to kick off the confirmation process to deplete items from Inventory. Our system setup (auto-processing options) is set to deplete items when Material Picking Feedback process is run.

We have a separate system that we interface to that is waiting on this data. Our system will be out of sync with the 3rd party system, and affects ability to replenish items on PeopleSoft properly based on accurate quantitles on our system.
