Crashing Issue With FP9

This is to inform all who may be on the 8.1.3 FP9 build release that you should install the patches:

Patch:14845953 FP9 STATSERVER CRASHED
Patch:14845671 FP9 IMSERVER REMOVAL OF PREVIOUS FIXES

The issues solved in these patches were found to be show stoppers in the application and any customer who is on this release or wishing to move to this release should in fact ensure that they download and install these patches.  The first issue was in regards to the statserver crashing off an on.  This caused historical data to not be captured.

The second issue that is resolved by these patches was done to the IMservice to resolve a memory leak that was found and caused the IM service to use an abnormarl amount of memory and CPU.
