8.1.1.9 Software Changed After Release

 We downloaded the 8.1.1.9 patch and quick fixes last month. While trying to install the required Quick Fixes we noticed that the instructions referenced setup.exe when they should give instructions for opatch commands.Today, the readme files are different from the files we downloaded last month. Also they reference files, like snic.bat, that do not exist in the files we downloaded.
Has anyone noticed that the 8.1.1.9 software has changed since it was released?
