Budget - Account Type Asset

 Dear Team,
Please advise whether oracle budget work for account type Asset?

We have noticed some of account which we set as Asset those are carry forward the balance to 2013 budget.which we can 
see from budget inquiry window as ''year  to date extended'' Dec-13. Also, if you upload budget for 2013 it subtract the 2012 balance Actual and show the fund available as net.

Or it is working only for expense..
