which invoices should Accounts Payable Trial balance report pickup?

Hello gurus,
which invoices will 'Accounts Payable Trial balance' report pickup?
all unpaid/partially paid  invoices or is there any other criteria?

My report shows few invoices which are paid with status as 'fully paid'.
