Position based heiararchy

Hi,

we are using iprocurement. we have Position based heirarchy. Once requestor creates the requisition and click on Add Approver Tab he is able to Bypass some of the Position and directly sends the requisition to higher

position. we need to restrict this we need that all the requsition should pass through all the position in the heirarchy. Please suggest me if there is any Profile option there to do this.
