Service Contract Billing - Invoicing and Accounting Rules Integration with AR

Hi,

I have the following business case -

Service Contract for 12 months - Total of $1200 (Billing of $100 / month)

I need to get this contract invoiced and accounted in Receivables with the following requirement-

- The total revenue ($1200) should be recognized immediately

- The invoicing should be on a monthly basis for $100

What is the best way to achieve the above.
