Discrete Job closing end with Error(Failed Close)

 Hi Experts,
     Discrete Job closing end with Error.When open pending action 3 check boxes get enabled,those are Material transaction, Uncosted Material Transaction and pending Transaction.
My Interface Manager are running (Cost Manager,Move Transaction and Material) and PFA of screen shot
