How to validate patch certification in exadata

Hello expert,

                     We have a plan to upgarde our database from 11.2.0.2 Bp13 to 11.2.0.3 BP14.How shall I check that one off patch applied in exsisting version has already been covered in 11.2.0.4 BP14?

I will be eagerly waiting for your suggestion.
