Disk Cache Policy - read only

Hello,

As we all know - each hard disk has a cache, you can see the state of it: /opt/MegaRAID/MegaCli/MegaCli64 -LdPdInfo -aALL | grep -i 'Disk Cache Policy'

In the Exadata this cache is switched off. I think it can work for read operations. Why not to switch it on for read operations ?
