Failed workers while applying the Arabic translated patch of 8706842:R12.FA.B

As per the action plan in SR : warning while closing GL periods

I Applied Patch 8706842:R12.FA.B to a newly fresh clone Linux version it went successfully

But while applying the Arabic version of 8706842:R12.FA.B the adpatch hanged at the following:-

APPL_TOP is set to /data/instance02/applmgr/PROD/apps/apps_st/appl

FAILED: file XLIFFLoader.class on worker 9 for product xdo username XDO.
FAILED: file XLIFFLoader.class on worker 15 for product xdo username XDO.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

FAILED: file XLIFFLoader.class on worker 9.
FAILED: file XLIFFLoader.class on worker 15.
