Cannot create LOV - TABLE based Component

Hi,
We are on R12.1.3 and have patch 9790225: Oracle Web Applications Desktop Integrator 12.1.3 Release Update Patchset 1 installed.

I am trying to create a component with Type = LOV - TABLE, but the fields for the Parameters do not appear. For other component types the fields appear. I logged already an SR, but perhaps someone else here has similar issue and has the solution on hand.
