Unique Index Exception for sybase database in 11g

hi

we have an issue when trying to run the report in 11g BI Publisher.

from the log file we see this error:

oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: com.sybase.jdbc3.jdbc.SybSQLException: The optimizer could not find a unique index which it could use to scan table 'dbo.crept_sales_transaction_rj' for cursor 'jconnect_implicit_6'.

actually we have upgraded the repository from 10g to 11g and 11g version is 11.1.1.6.6.

both 10g and 11g are poiting to the same database, we are able to run and generate sample xml in 10g but where as in 11g we are not.
