Make a priority for a specific queue in jde.ini

Hi Every One,I want to priorise a specific queue in jde.ini, I get a document in Oracle knowledge, we can do that only if the job is in status "W" or "H". I know by defaut in jde.ini the QBATCH is priority "5", I want to create a new job queue and priorise this queue.
