We are on Oracle 11gR2 11.2.0.1,0 on Linux. We have 4 databases A – B (same database on RAC), C – D (same database on RAC). A – C are kept in sync by data guard. C is a logical standby database. We have a requirement that a user on A is using a PKI certificate. However on C the same user is supposed to have a password. Yesterday I was successful setting up the physical standby (C) and then turned it into a logical standby. Made sure that the transactions were being applied and they were. On C I
