Unable to Invoice..

Hi,
Few sales order strucked at Interface level error as below.

1) Invalid tax exempt reason code (TAX_EXEMPT_REASON_CODE)
2) Others exception occurred in Tax Accounting routine during Adjustment/Application Accounting. Please contact oracle support

Can anyone suggest.
