Systems tab is empty, what to do ?

 Hello all, Ia am completely new in support.oracle.com. I have learned severel eLearning courses and passed Support Specialist Assessment. But I am not able to find out how to populate data on Systems TAB on MyOracle support portal.
Tab is EMPTY. We downloaded, intalled, set up, and run collector (OCM) on DB Server in ONLINE (connected) mode.
Collector was executed succesfully, and the data were uploaded . 
But I still can't see the results ... My "systems" tab is still empty.
PLEASE HELP ME / suggest me something.
