EDI Outbound for Re-Approved PO-Release

   Hi        We have an issue with EDI 850 (POCO) for a Blanket Release.

The BPA is in Requires Reapproval Status.  A blanket release is created against the BPA (it's a dropship PO-Rls). 

When the Blanket Release was attempted for Approval (part of the Workflow Process), since the parent BPA is n't in APPROVED status, the Release status changed to Requires Reapproval.

At this point of time, BPA was approved manually and as a next step, Release was approved manually.

Now, when the EDI 850 PO Outbound job was run....it didn't pick the Blanket Release approved.
