Cannot Update Supplier Site on partially billed PO

We are receiving this error when trying to re-approve a partially billed PO.

“Error:Supplier Site (VALUE=125) is not an active and valid purchasing supplier site.”

Anyone have ideas on how we can update the supplier site? Thanks!
