While doing a mass maintenance move/merge we are getting an error that a particular code combination

We are on 11.5.10.2 the code combination that is being shown in the Mass MaIintenance execution report consists of a segment value that is a parent so am a little surprised as to how that code combination got created when Allow Posting and Budgeting is Set to No
