How to close PO for closed Drop ship sales order

Hi,

 

We have Drop ship sales order.Ordered qty and shipped qty equals to 3900 and status of order is closed.

But for the PO, received qty is 3820(due to return to vendor transaction for 80).Now we could noy close the PO as ordered and received qty are not equal.

Can someone suggest how to close the PO?
