OAF VO Extension Jdev Error: Oracle.jbo.dt.objects.jboexception

Hello,
  We are on R12.1.3
  I have downloaded jdev 10.1 as per the instructions provided on Metalink.

 I would like to extend the VO on Iprocurement page.
 I copied, $JAVA_TOP/oracle/apps/icx folder onto my local.

It gives me, this error Oracle.jbo.dt.objects.jboexception

Now, i also copied $JAVA_TOP/oracle/apps/po folder onto my local. But this didn't solve the problem either.

Also copied MDS folder, but of no luck.

The directory structure was copied onto my local in binary mode.


Can some one help?
