Upgrading to 12.1.1 -All AD utilities failing with Errors
I'm in the process of upgrading to 12.1.1 and while trying to apply the TXK patch, my adpatch utility is throwing the following error. Same is happening with other AD utilities.
AutoPatch error:
Unable to get ORACLE username/password
that corresponds to the row in FND_PRODUCT_INSTALLATIONS with
application_id = 778 and oracle_id = 778
AutoPatch error:
Failed getting PDI list for product 'jmf'
AutoPatch error:
aipspv(): Error setting up PDI list for upgrade
You should check the file
/appsoftware/applmgr/ptest/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/ptest/log/adpatch_uTXK_Merge_Dest.log
for errors.
