Trying to apply patch 14149733 got warnings

 We are on Applications 11.5.10.2.I tried to apply patch 14149733 and had the following problems?

I created a SR but Oracle support said to ask this community.
When running ADPATCH on oraapp5, I got this error:
Failed to generate product JAR files in JAVA_TOP -
   /u04/.../f208comn/java.
  Then I looked at the above log file and found these warnings:


 Using /u04/.../f208comn/util/java/1.4/j2sdk1.4.2_13/bin/java to spawn java commands ... 
 WARNING: Will not load stale resource unit META-INF/services/javax.xml.parsers
WARNING: Will not load stale resource unit META-INF/services/javax.xml.transform
