Getting blank page after clicking on Add Legal Entities

Hi All,

We have done ebs application upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3 version and in post steps iam performing below steps and in the last screen iam getting blank page :

User Management (Bank account setup)
Login as Sysadmin =>
Responsibility User Management ->
Roles&Roles Inheritance Tab, query by Responsibility “Payables Manager” ->
Click on Update ->
Run the Security Wizard, "CE UMX Security Wizard" ->

Add Legal Entities ---***AT THIS STEP IAM GETTING BLANK PAGE AND IAM UNABLE TO SEE ANY INFORMATION*******

can someone provide your inputs to solve the issue and resolve with blank page screen error
