CWB: Progress Report displays managers have not started task even though their manager has approved
Here is the scenario. Manager A hasn't accessed the Allocate Compensation task. In the Progress Report, he will be part of the group that has "Not Started" the Allocate Compensation task.
Manager A's manager has made changes to Manager A's worksheet and approved it. If I look at the Progress Report, I see that Manager A is still counted among the manager's that haven't started. This makes the Progress Report show an incorrect number of manager's that haven't submitted their worksheet and makes reporting on progress more difficult.
Is there a process we can run that will update Manager A's status to be complete?
