Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have a contract has been signed status and it start date is the next 1 march 2013, I need to billing before february 28 2013.

It is possible?
