Employee creation as Supplier

Hi

We are implementing R12 for Leading Transoprt copnay which have 1 lack 50 thousand employees.We are implementing HRMS and finance modules. We have employee loans to handle in HRMS and payment are proceed in Payables.

Please advise to interface HR loan request to Payable. Is we need to create all employye again in Payables. Is any API to create suupliers from employee information or Is any way we can map this request  useing party_id tagged to HR tables.

Please advise me on this
