Move database windows server to solaris.

I have database 10.2.0.3 in windows server  ,move data on solaris database 10.2.0.4.Database have same datafile. when I am using EXPDP/IMPDP  for data movement from windows( 10.2.0.3) to solaris(10.2.0.4) . ALL Data not move successfully, when import its given lots of error and some PACKAGE BODY are invalid .
