How to get the HTML output in PDF. ( In AP Remittance Advice Report for 12.1.3 the seeded functional

Hi,

I have a requirement where i need to print the remittance advice report in pdf format and send to user through email using xml brusting. I am able to send in HTML format using xml brusting. 

But as per oracle the seeded functionality is not available in 12.1.3.

Can anyone know where and how to customize the process so that i can send it as pdf through email.
