Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Moving EBS to new server

Hi Gurus

I have two scenarios here , please help me out

1) I need to move my entire Database and Application (EBS12.1.3) to new server

Here in the target system , after Installing OS (Same flavour and version ) , a Complete clone is enough ?

Or Do i need to install Oracle Binaries and then do a Complete clone (I think this is the right method) . Is there any oracle document for the same ?

2) I need to move my entire System to new network and start over (Plug out and Plug in)

Here IP address will change , so do Hostname

So to start the system again , what all changes i need to make here . Any Oracle document for the same
