Rel 11i : adautoconfig.sh fails with ORA-01422 (Exact fetch returns too many rows) in FND_RANDOM_NU

Hi there

We are not able to run AutoConfig to completion because it errors with :

   java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
   ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_RANDOM_NUMBER", line 395
   ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_RANDOM_NUMBER", line 447
   ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_CRYPTO", line 286
   ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_RANDOM_PKG", line 35
   ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_APP_SERVER_PKG", line 32
   ORA-06512: at line 1

    [SETUP PHASE]
    AutoConfig could not successfully execute the following scripts:
      Directory: /prodas/prodcomn/admin/install/PROD_preebs-vm
        adgendbc.sh             INSTE8_SETUP
