Conflict Checking During Price Change Requests in ORSIM

 Folks,
While creating a price change request in SIM, I ensured that Pricing Control Indicator is turned to Y for an item-location combination. After this, while creating the price change requests, following was observed:

1. Only one permanent price change/clearance/promotional price change event was allowed by system for a specific item/...Is this expected behavior?

If i tried to do more than one, I got the message "Price Change Request failed"....meaning there was a conflict in RPM....is this right?

2. Additionally, the clearance price change must include a price which is lower than the regular price of the item....
