Patch 14309408 : error while applying the language patch for Simplified Chinese Languge patch (ZHS).

Hi Team,
The patch 14309408:R12.AR.B was applied in test2 instance, except Simplified Chinese Languge patch (ZHS).
While applying Simplified Chinese Languge patch we got error.
Other language patches and base patch has been applied successfully.
