Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. On ASAP Release 5.2.4 Build 251, Platform: HP-UX B.11.31

While starting ASAP, (sometimes) SARM and NEPs do not start. Control server starts.

Below error is seen in CTRL logs.

Error: setitimer() Failed: sec 0, usec 3785220991, Error 22
