R12.1.3 : Do I need to apply 13974159:R12.GMS.B patch.

Hi,


As per readme of main patch 14765798 ,in 2nd point they have mentioned about 13974159:R12.GMS.B patch.

" 2. Pre-requisite or Co-requisite which is not included with this patch:
  (Note : For GMS customers) Please apply the patch 13974159:R12.GMS.B after
   applying the current patch. "

Kindly confirm we need to apply this patch or not?

As per my understanding , if we are GMS customer then we need to apply this after applying main patch. But i don't know how to find out whether we are GMS customer or not?

So please confirm whether we need to apply 13974159:R12.GMS.B patch or not?
