R12 : unable to restart adpatch.

Hi,

AD Patch Worker Failed  during R12 upgrade - 

Now we are unable to restart the adpatch from where it is failed.
It is asking to start fresh. We have the backup of AD_DEFERRED_JOBS and  fnd_install_processes and also restart directory.

Initially it throwed the following error as below, But now it is asking us to drop the FND_INSTALL_PROCESS and restart fresh. Please advice
