How to Get Customer Contact Purpose Details

Hi All,

I am using below query for getting customer contact details but I am not able to find the address purpose( e.g. Acknowledgments,Invoices) fields anywhere. Which table I need to refer for this?
I am getting all the information except purpose of the contact. Could someone help me on this?
