Unable to create PO through Autocreate

Hi,

I have created one requisition and approved. while creation of PO using autocreate following erro message getting.

APP-PO-14909: Document was not created

Possible Causes:

1) An exception occured in the PO Account Generator workflow during the document creation porcess
2. Some other error occured during the document creation process
