Create Mandatory field is one option choosen from dropdown list (Field validation)

Hi All,

I'm trying to set up field validation on contact record.

Recruitment are: if someone choose option1 on dropdown list in field1 they have to type something in field2 (free text).

Basicly is dropdown list with few option and last option is if others, please specify and now I would like to make sure they specify it in box below. I think field validation should be used in this case, but I'm not sure what function I should use.

Can anyone help?
