How to sync the Rowset Information to Database ?

Hi All,

Which method we need to use to synct the Rowset Information to database by using "Row Set Transformation Toolkit" BS?

(Bye Query Mehtode i can able to Query and form the Rowset, After that i able to manupulate the Rowset values...But not able to Sync that manupulated Rowset information to database)
