How to force "Change organization – MRP" popup before concurrent request submission

Colleagues,
Custom built concurrent request set relies on profile MFG_ORGANIZATION_ID to be set before running request set.
Is there way to enforce that form "Change organization – MRP" is opened and profile MFG_ORGANIZATION_ID to be set before request set can be submitted?
