Tax not calculated from Ebtax on a particular day

 Hi,
Please help me in identifying why tax was not calculated for the invoices created on a particular day.
For the same party and site i could see tax getting calculated on the other day but the invoices created on a particular day(JAN 20th) did not have tax calculated.

I could see records in zx_lines_det_factors for both the invoices but for the invoice which is missing the tax has the line_level_action as 'RECORD_WITH_NO_TAX' but the invoice with tax has 'CREATE' .

I suspect that there was no tax information returned by the tax engine from ebtax.
