Patch 5584908: XLA - Causes ar120girpu.sql to Fail

While running adpatch for driver $XLA_TOP/patch/115/driver/xla5584908.drv
Workers are failing with below error:
FAILED: file ar120girpu.sql on worker 3.

We applied patch#10649546  as per metalink note 1075949.1 but still getting above error while applying driver xla5584908.drv.
As per patch 10649546 readme, If patch does not resolve issue then create service request and request datafix script
